Dr. Ali Mehrabian

Endodontist

Dr. Ali Mehrabian was born in Toronto, Canada and raised in Long Island, New York, where he attended St. Anthony's High School and went on to attended Stony Brook University of New York where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Respiratory Therapy. After working as a Registered Respiratory Therapist for three years at a Level 1 trauma center at Stony Brook University Hospital and working as a Polysomnographic Technologist at Sleep Diagnostics Group, he went on to complete his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine in 2014. After Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Mehrabian completed a General Practice Residency at the Veteran Affairs Healthcare System in San Diego, California. He then practiced general dentistry in Long Island, New York for three years before receiving his Certificate of Specialty in Endodontics from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine in 2018.

Dr. Mehrabian went on to serve as a full-time Endodontist and faculty member for the General Practice Residency program at Loma Linda Veteran Affairs Healthcare System for three years where he had the honor of caring for our Veteran population and providing comprehensive clinical teaching and didactic lecture series on the field of endodontics to general dentists. Since then, Dr. Mehrabian has been in private practice and most recently helped develop the first endodontic clinic at one of the largest non-profit federally qualified health centers (FQHC) in Los Angeles—St. John's Community Health. Dr. Mehrabian has also had the honor of lecturing at the International Academy of Endodontics on the topic of: "How to train your dental assisting team with ergonomics in mind." Dr. Mehrabian is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. This challenging three-step examination exemplifies the highest level of education in the specialty of endodontics. This experience ensures Dr. Mehrabian continues to demonstrate his dedication to professional growth and to providing the highest quality of patient care. In his free time, Dr. Mehrabian enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Following Arsenal soccer club and going to the movies.
