Dr. Amir Nojoumi was born and raised in Fair Oaks, California. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis, before attending Roseman University College of Dental Medicine in Utah, where he graduated with honors and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) National Dental Honor Society.
Following dental school, Dr. Nojoumi completed advanced postdoctoral training at the University of Washington, including a General Practice Residency and an internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He subsequently completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of California, San Francisco–Fresno, training at the region’s only Level I Trauma Center and gaining extensive experience in the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
After completing his training, Dr. Nojoumi returned back to Northern California, now serving the greater Sacramento region. Dr. Nojoumi is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is certified in ACLS, PALS, ATLS and BLS.
Dr. Nojoumi’s clinical interests include dentoalveolar surgery, dental implant reconstruction, complex oral rehabilitation, maxillofacial trauma, orthognathic surgery, and the management of benign oral pathology. He is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs and treatment goals.
